He served as Director of Operations for U.R Cooks Steakhouse chain for 20 years, as well as GM for multiple restaurant corporations. He has spent over 8 years consulting on projects for businesses across Texas, including a 3 year position as lead consultant for U.S Foods for the Central & South Texas regions.
